*Reasonable size restraints apply and take into consideration, region, terrain category, topography, and shielding factors.

Don't be fooled by false promises
How many times have you seen this “No waiting for engineering” or “Signed automated engineering available to download immediately”.
In order to do this, there has to be predetermined design parameters built into the software. In other words, you’re not getting a fully optimised design, you’re actually getting what the signing engineer feels comfortable with, not a design that has truly been optimised to save the client money.
This is the Composite Steel Buildings difference.
- Have the ability to modify individual building designs and have the engineering and bill of materials to match.
- Full kit consolidation with accurate freight costing.
- Integrated software built in to determine site-specific design loads are being accurately applied to all designs.
- Built in 3D calculator, check your design changes as you make them, make sure that the design is fully optimised and ready to go.
- Full build software to accurately quote the cost of concrete piers, concrete slabs, labour and additional manpower, travel costs, machine hire, and overnight accommodation costs*.
- Full CRM already built in to run business reports and to access all past order and quote documents and drawings.
- Full email integration to keep all the correspondence from your client with their job.
* Please check your State or Territory Licence requirements before quoting build costs.

- Cloud Based Software – Being cloud based, all you need is internet connectivity and you’re good to go. You can design, quote, sell and even order your client’s building from the comfort of their lounge room, their site or your office.
- CSB Design Functionality – Using a Live 3D Engineering Design Module in our software allows the user to design the structure with the profiles they’ve selected. They can then optimise the structure by running the engineering check and checking where the stress level of each chosen member is sitting. You can then highlight the affected members for easy identification, make the required changes and rerun the engineering check to ensure you have passed. You make the changes needed, there is no need to send your design to an engineer* and this will save you $$$$.
- *Building may need to go to an engineer if design is outside of the normal requirements of a cold rolled portal frame building.
- Customised Price Files – CSB Agents can fully customise their build quoting price files, foundation and concrete costs including: Additional transport costs, full installation costs which include labour, travel, accommodation, machine hire and additional items that can easily be overlooked at the quoting stage.
- BOM Editing – If required, you can edit the bill of materials in 2 stages. This is at either the quote stage or the ordering stage (again, only if required).
- Supplier EDI Integration – Some of our major suppliers allow your orders to be sent electronically into the manufacturer’s ERP system. This helps to reduce errors by human intervention and helps to reduce costly delays due to missing materials.
- CSB Custom Engineering – CSB provides design engineering for all states and territories. On the very rare occasions that the CSB software can’t engineer the building you want to design, our engineers are there to help you.
- Council Submission Package – You can print the construction drawings at the quote stage for customer sign-off.
- Fast Engineering Turnaround Times* – Don’t wait for weeks to get your stamped engineering drawings. We have quick response times on our engineered drawings. If the system can design it you will have your signed engineered drawings within a few days.
- *Engineering times can vary significantly depending on several factors including Christmas, EOF and Material Price increases.
- Online Shed Designer App – Composite Steel Building Agents will have access to our CSB branded online shed designer for use on their website, allowing potential clients to design what they want in the comfort of their home before sending the request directly to the agent for quoting.
